As a company, we strive to maintain a high quality product and ensure that every customer is completely satisfied.

Refund Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the camisole within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or packing slip and Kate’s Camisoles will refund the full purchase price of the camisole (minus shipping costs). A 5% repackage / restocking fee will also be charged.

Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange your order (within 30 days of purchase), please return your product to Kate’s Camisoles indicating what you would like exchanged. Charges will be applied for any differences in cost for the exchange as well as secondary shipping costs.
